Our Company may collect personal data for various purposes. Under the heading “Protection of Personal Data” on our website, it is stated how and in what manner we collect and process personal data and how and in what manner these data are protected.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

Iste&Iste Law Firm prioritizes the security of credit card holders who shop on our shopping sites. Your credit card information is in no way stored in our system.

In the transactions you will make in a secure environment, no person, institution and organization other than you and the bank that allocates the credit card to you can access your information. The credit card transaction page transmits the card information directly to the bank’s POS system and notifies the result of the transaction to the customer. Credit card information is not transferred through e-mail or similar methods. Credit card information transferred as a result of online transaction is inaccessible even by us.

Once you proceed with the transactions process, there are two matters you need to pay attention to in order to understand that you are on a secure site. One of these is a key or lock symbol at the bottom line of your browser. It shows that you are on a secure webpage, and all your information are protected with encryption. This information is used only depending on the sales transactions process and in line with your instruction. If necessary, the credit card holder customer or the relevant bank is contacted to check this information.

Online shopping sites having helpline or customer care services and specifying full address and telephone details are preferred more today. Thus, you can receive detailed information about all the issues you have in mind and obtain healthier information about the reliability of the company that provides online shopping services.

MAIL ORDER CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SECURITY

Your identity and credit card information you will send to us through the credit card mail-order method will be stored by our Company in accordance with the principle of confidentiality. In the transactions performed through the mail-order method, the period for objection varies depending on the reason of objection and may in no way exceed 540 days from the date of charging the transaction to the card. Provided that this period is not exceeded, card holders have an objection period of maximum 120 days from the expected delivery date in cases of objections concerning provision of products/services, from the date of the return delivery note in case of a return delivery note, and from the date of charging the transaction to the card in other types of objections. The information pertaining to you is stored for a period of 120 days, based on your right to objection. In case any amount other than the amount on the mail-order form confirmed by you, which you will send to us in return for the amount of the products you have ordered, is charged to your card, this does not pose a risk as you can naturally object to the bank and prevent the payment of that amount.

1. For complying with the requirements introduced by the legal rules which are enacted by the competent legal authority and are in effect, such as Law, Decree Law, Regulation, etc.;

2. For fulfilling and putting into effect the “Membership Contract” and other contracts concluded by our Store with the users;

3. In case of a request for information about the users for the purpose of execution of an inquiry or investigation being duly conducted by a competent administrative or judicial authority;

BROWSER COOKIES

Our Company can obtain information about users who visit our Store and users’ use of the website, by using a technical communication file (Cookie). These technical communication files are small text tiles sent by a website to the user’s browser, to be stored in the main memory. Sistem Nasıl Çalışır?

1 - Hukuki Sorununuzu Açıklayın:

  • -Ödeme sayfasında yer alan formda hukuki konuyu açıklayınız bölümünde, 1000 karakteri geçmeyecek şekilde hukuki sorununuzu ifade edersiniz. Hukuki sorununuzu irdeleyecek olan uzman hukukçu, anlattığınızı yeterli bulmazsa, size ek sorular soracak ve olayı çözmek için sizden gerekli bilgileri ayrıca edinecektir.
  • Fatura düzenlenebilmesi için kredi kartı sahibinin kişisel bilgilerinin doğru ve eksiksiz olarak verilmesi gerekmektedir. Ancak her kişinin kendi sorununu gizleme hakkı olduğu gibi bazen kendisiyle ilgili olmayan (örneğin arkadaşıyla ilgili) soruları da sorma ihtimali vardır. Bu durumda sorduğunuz sorunun kime ilişkin olduğunu söylemek istemediğinizi belirtebilirsiniz. Online görüşme yapılabilmesi için iletişim bilgilerinin doğru ve eksiksiz verildiğinden emin olmalısınız. Online görüşme esnasında hizmeti alan kişinin kimliğini ve danışmanlık ücretinin ödendiği kredi kartının gösterilmesi mevzuat gereği talep edilecektir. How does the system work?

1 - Describe your legal problem:

  • In the "Explain the legal issue" section of the form on the payment page, you state your legal problem in a maximum of 1000 characters. If the expert lawyer who will examine your legal problem does not find what you have told sufficient, he or she will ask you additional questions and obtain the necessary information from you to solve the case.
  • In order to issue an invoice, the personal information of the credit card holder must be provided accurately and completely. However, each person has the right to hide his/her own problem, and sometimes there is a possibility to ask questions that are not related to himself/herself (for example, about his/her friend). In this case, you can indicate that you do not want to say who your question is about. In order to make an online interview, you must make sure that the contact information is correct and complete. In accordance with the legislation, it will be requested to show the identity of the person receiving the service and the credit card for which the consultancy fee is paid during the online interview. For this reason, make sure that you have your identity card and the credit card from which the payment was made on the day and time of the online consultation..
  • Your personal data shall not be recorded by us in any way, it will be limited to the interview, and only the necessary data will be stored within the period required for the creation of a self-employment receipt and proof of the provision of the service.

2 - Make payment:

  • During sending the questionnaire, you must read and accept your service contract, and then pay the consultancy fee via a reliable online credit card system. It should be noted that the credit card system used has SSL infrastructure and is considered among the most secure internet technologies for now.
  • Legal consultancy fee is 1.900 TL including VAT for 45 minutes in consultancy on business law, 3.900 TL including VAT on other legal matters. If your question does not contain sufficient data for research, more detailed information may be requested from you before the interview. The remuneration has been established by taking into account the Minimum Fee Schedule of the Istanbul Bar Association between the Lawyer and the Attorney, and Iste & Iste Law Office reserves the right to change the fee amount at any time.

3 - Create Your Appointment:

  • After your payment, we will call you within 12 hours and an appointment shall be arranged for the mutually appropriate day and time.
